Cookie Policy

1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We also use localStorage (a similar browser storage mechanism) to remember your cookie preference.
2. How we use cookies
- Essential — required for the site to function, including remembering the cookie preference you've chosen. These cannot be switched off and don't require consent under German/EU law, as they're strictly necessary.
- Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — helps us understand which pages are useful and how visitors navigate the site. These only load after you actively accept them. No analytics cookie is set before you give consent, and rejecting is exactly as easy as accepting.
3. Cookie table
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
msc_consent | meetseocrew (first-party, localStorage) | Remembers your cookie/consent choice | 6 months |
_ga | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes unique visitors (analytics only, after consent) | 13 months |
_ga_<container-id> | Google Analytics 4 | Persists session state for GA4 reporting (analytics only, after consent) | 13 months |
4. Managing your preferences
You can change or withdraw your cookie consent at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the site footer. Withdrawing consent removes analytics cookies going forward and stops new analytics data collection.
5. Browser-level controls
You can also block or delete cookies through your browser's own settings. Doing so may affect how some non-essential features work, though this site's essential functionality does not depend on non-essential cookies.
